The "Grupo de difusión del Indice h" has prepared a ranking of approximately 2.000 Spanish scientists based on their h-index. It includes 5 IOCAG members:

- Santiago Hernández León, h-index 22
- Melchor González Dávila, h-index 2
- Magdalena Santana Casiano, h-index 21
- Alonso Hernández Guerra, h-index 20
