IOCAG member to give talk in Elder Museum

As part of its programme in recognition of UNESCO's International Day of Women and Girls in Science celebrated earlier in February, the Elder science museum has been holding a number of talks delivered by female researchers over the month. This coming Thursday, 27th February at 18:00, J. Magdalena Santana Casiano, senior lecturer at the ULPGC and member of IOCAG, will be the guest speaker at this, the penultimate session. Her presentation is entitled " Entre hielo y fuego, midiendo la acidificación oceánica y su efecto en la química del hierro en el Atlántico" (Between ice and fire: measuring ocean acidification and its effect on the chemical properties of iron in the Atlantic).
Entrance to the talk is free until full capacity is reached at the museum.
